I hope you will be able to join us during this wonderful, unique experience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Should there be any expectations of rain on Saturday, I will send a follow-up email Friday evening to cancel. But our positive energy will bring great weather - I just know it! If you don't hear from me by Saturday, know that it's on!

If I am missing any details, please let me know especially to those who joined me the last time. Please feel free to forward this email to anyone whom may be interested!
Also, for my own knowledge and preparation, please RSVP or let me know in class if you'll be attending. I would like to get an idea of how many people will be there so I can determine if the space I had in mind would be appropriate.

Yoga Outdoors is Back!!!!

Hey hey hey to all you dedicated yogis/yoginis!

As some of you already know (and were quite dedicated every week), I held outdoor yoga classes last year every Sunday morning. Due to a busy schedule this year, I have not been able to commit on a weekly basis, but I definitely would like to keep the tradition going. This year, it will take place on Saturday, July 5th and July 19th, so long as the weather cooperates so cross your fingers. I will be sending out email notices a day or two in advance to determine whether or not we're on.

I understand that yoga classes are a luxury, and not all of us have the means to afford a gym membership, yoga classes, and gas, food, and the list goes on, so I will leave this option to donate open but not required. The charity I have selected to donate to is called "Underdog ResQ". I've done some work with them before, and they are an all breed dog rescue that does not discriminate against any breed as long as they are of adoptable temperament. For more information on this wonderful organization, check out www.underdogresq.org.

So... here are the OFFICIAL dates (all Saturday mornings from 10-1130):
July 5th
July 19th
I will be sending out an email a day or two prior to the event to confirm (in case of weather)... send me your emails if I do not have it already.

Also any feedback or questions are welcomed! Please let me know your thoughts and I really hope to have you join me in this unique experience.

Namaste,
Sammi

DATE: Saturday, July 5th
TIME: 10AM-1130AM
LOCATION: MacDonald Park - Medford, MA
COST: FREE!!! (donations to Underdog ResQ are welcomed)
MEETING GROUNDS: 945AM meet at MacDonald Parking lot behind the State Police Station (EMAIL ME if you don't know where this is)
BRING WITH YOU: yoga mat, sunscreen, towel, props (optional), and good energy

Please feel free to spread the word on this event. Invite all your friends and families to experience something truly unique. I hope to see you there and don't hesitate to email me with any questions!

Sunday Yoga (10/14) - Last Hurrah?

Tomorrow is expected to be quite chilly (50sF) although it will be sunny. I will leave the option up to you whether or not you would like to have yoga outdoors. I will say though that this may be the last yoga class we will have outside unfortunately as the Fall kicks in. So if you would like to bundle up for one last yoga class outdoors, you must let me know. Please send me an e-mail or leave me a comment. If I do not hear from anyone, I will assume no one is interested in the idea of chilly yoga.

Let me know... and enjoy your weekend!

Sunday Yoga (10/07)

Although the forecast says that it will slightly rain early Sunday morning, but we'll give it a shot anyway! If the ground is too wet or it is still raining tomorrow morning around 10AM, I'm sure we can use our best judgment to figure out whether or not class will take place.

So bring your no-rain-dance on!

Sunday (9/30) Outdoor Yoga

The weather is expected to be sunny and clear, so expect there to be yoga that morning. I'll be taking any suggestions for poses if you have any. It would certainly help if you let me know if you'll be there. Also, if I remember, I hope to bring my camera to take some pictures of us practicing yoga outdoors, so if you're camera shy, let me know...

See you then! Enjoy your weekend...

Sunday Yoga (9/23) ~ Of course, YES!

I know it's a bit early to say (well, earlier than usual I guess), but yoga is on for this Sunday. It looks like it will be a pretty clear and nice weekend, so expect for yoga to take place on Sunday morning. Any suggestions are welcomed!

Enjoy the weekend, and see you Sunday!

Cheers....

Sunday Yoga (9/16) - It's up to you...

Hi there! So it's a rainy chilly Saturday, but tomorrow is expected to be sunny; however, it will be the chilliest day yet for yoga outdoors. It is expected to be in the high 50s, low 60s in the morning, so I will leave it up to you whether you would like to meet up for yoga. If so, please leave a comment saying yes or no. If I receive 3 comments of "yes", then expect there to be yoga. So make sure if you want to meet up that you leave a public message (you can be anonymous), but I want to make sure that all can see 3 or more comments so they know whether or not class will take place.

If you're confused, then email me! :) and I'll leave the comments for you. SO... if you see 3 or more comments with a "yes", then expect there to be yoga; otherwise, hope for next week!

Cheers!
